TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, so please read it thoroughly before commissioning!
I have the right to decline a commission.
I am only accepting payments through Ko-fi,PayPal and GCash in USD and PHP.
I will NOT accept any NFT or AI related work. I will also not accept cryptocurrencies as payment.
Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please inquire through Twitter DMS, Email or Discord.
Revisions during sketch phase only please. (Maximum of 3 revisions)
Payments are always upfront.
I will work on the commission for 1-2 weeks at most. I will periodically update you on the progress (can be days or weeks, depending on type, complexity or depending on my schedule since I sometimes have personal matters to attend to. I will inform you if I ever encounter conflicts in my schedule.)
Feel free to tell me where I can send the final piece. Preferably Email or through Discord.
Finished pieces may or may not be posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential.
Strictly NO REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS once the payment is done.
I will be posting the finished piece (watermarked) unless the commissioner tells me not to.
Please let me know beforehand if you need something by a deadline, tight deadlines will require a rush fee.
Feel free to use my art as your icon/header on any other site as long as you credit!
WORKFLOW & PROCESS
Paying means you agree to my Terms & Conditions1. I will receive a DM/Email with:
• Character References (Preferably Visual References!)
• Background Details (Solid Color only or with a specific pattern or texture)
• Pose and Expression
2. I will send a receipt as confirmation before the client pays. I will start on the sketch once the payment is received on Ko-fi/PayPal. Payments upfront.
3. Revisions will be accepted during the sketching phase. Revisions can be done up to 3 times.
4. I will be sending a screenshot of each step. First will be the fully colored character. Next would be one with the background. Color correction would be done in this step.
5. I will send the final piece in this step, a JPEG and PNG files alongside a PSD file. One file will be the one with the watermark
